The Stamp Art Gallery Artworks are works of art created by independent Artists who’s work is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. The artworks use postage stamps of the Royal Mail and other postal systems from around the world which are appreciated, admired and collected by millions. Stamp Art Gallery and its Artists retain their independent copyright and Intellectual property (IP) in the artworks produced using postage stamps as paint with unique designs and artwork styles of their works.
The Stamp Art Gallery and its Artists own or is licensed to use the copyright in their artworks, and actively defends its Intellectual Property (IP) from unauthorised use. In order to reproduce an artwork using a design or postage used in the artworks or other Stamp Art Gallery copyright material, you will permission of the Artist and usually need a license from us. This includes artworks that include postage stamps that are in the public domain and are used in the artworks displayed in the Stamp Art Gallery websites an Shop: https://shop.stampartist.co.uk/.
