Stamp Art: Covers ‘Fans’ project

The Stamp Art Covers ‘Fans’ project uses the history and mystique of the Victorian Fan, displayed in a modern day stamp artwork for art enthusiasts seeking a valuable limited edition artwork to admire, debate and critique, using rare postal material with vibrant colours to show off the hidden meaning of the Victorian Fan language.
