The Landing Point – Case Study

The Landing Point – Case Study

The Challenge

Corporate companies consistently struggle to build meaningful staff conversations. Data shows that 69% of managers feel uncomfortable communicating with staff, and over a third of employees actively avoid difficult conversations at work.

Specific challenges break down into several core areas:

  • Fear of Conflict & Avoidance: Most managers avoid giving constructive feedback because they want to avoid hurting feelings or sparking conflict, which leads to stunted employee growth and eroded trust.

  • Information Overload: With the rise of chat apps and remote tools, employees suffer from communication fatigue. Half of professionals find it challenging to navigate the massive volume of work communications they receive.

The Answer

Thoughtfully curated, art-inspired spaces act as excellent conversation starters. By placing thought-provoking murals, interactive digital displays, or rotating gallery walls in common areas, employers create natural gathering points that foster socialization and spark creative collaboration.

We transform high-res stamp scans into remastered, exhibition-grade art. Royal Mail compliant, copyrighted, and available for custom commissions at The Stamp Art Gallery.

In this case study solution The Stamp Art Gallery Commission uses the 2003 GB “Birds of Prey” commemorative issue by the Royal Mail showcasing the majesty of raptors in motion. Designed by John Gibbs using high-speed photography the 10-stamp set features sequenced action shots of the Barn Owl and Kestrel

The Artworks of the ‘Barn Owl’ are the central focus, representing the night and twilight as the Barn Owl hunts in these periods. The translation of this into organization messaging brings staff together to collaborate meaningful conversations that make a difference in their environments and specific role’s, building a strong and open dialog, while the aim of the artwork of the Barn Owl flying into land, highlights the ecological importance of their habitats and to celebrate British Wildlife.
