Mint sheets of postage stamps can be ‘Hard to Find’ and are unique in their presentation, as ‘straight off the press’. Sheets of postage stamps often fetch much higher prices from collectors due to the value of each individual stamp’s catalog value, should the collector decide to split the sheet and sell each stamp on the open market. Sheets of postage stamps in Artworks provide the perfect display of colour, design and printing output in a complete sheet, as was first presented to the post office for use. The Queens Gold Head should sit in the middle and above the forth right hand spike of the kings crown. The gold shift error on the GB 1966 King Wenceslas postage stamp is attributed to a printing mishap where the gold ink used to depict the Queen’s head was misaligned during the printing process. This resulted in the Queen’s head appearing shifted or misplaced on some of the stamps. The postal stamp issue is an award winning stamp design, presented in full mint sheets with a showcase of the error varieties and presented in an informative and educational review of this postal stamp issue. The 450th Anniversary of the death of ‘Antonio CORREGGIO, DPR KOREA includes an unusual title in the 4th stamp depiciting Correggio’s Madonna and Child with Infant Saint John. The name of the artwork on the stamp is: Madonna with San Giovannino Milano indicating that the title is related to the famous work of the “alien painting” the 15th-century artwork The Madonna with Saint Giovannino, currently housed in Florence and not the artwork printed in the sheetlet.
